Perception Audits contract Total support is working in partnership with Amey on participating on the perception audits. An initiative implemented by Amey to prove that they are providing a safe, high quality service to the public. Perception Audits are an audit of a site from a customer’s point of view. They are not an engineering audit or a quality audit but essentially an audit of how the site looks and how easy it is to drive through the traffic management or walk around the site.
